ENTERING LOGO MATS

PROCESS:

1. Gather Information for Logo Mats
   1. A digital proof of the logo mat is required to enter into ABS
   2. Review digital proof or request to determine/locate the following:
      1. Design#
      2. Description
      3. Price
      4. Size of Mat
      5. Is mat horizontal (H) or vertical (V)?
2. Enter Logo Mat Information in ABS
   1. Search Product List Per Customer
   2. Click Add
   3. Enter Product Code considering the size of mat and if it is horizontal or vertical
      1. Example #1: 4x6 Horizontal Logo Mat = NIX4X6LOGOH
      2. Example #2: 3x5 Vertical Logo Mat = NIX3X5LOGOV
   4. Enter Delivery Scheme accordingly
3. Define/View Delivery Quantities
   1. Click Add
   2. Select Delivery Scheme from drop down
   3. Check the last Delivery Day
   4. Enter Fixed Qty
   5. Click Save & Exit
4. Additional Tab
   1. Enter Code – Code is standardized with ML followed by Design#
      1. Example: Design# = 12345. Code = ML12345
   2. Enter Description – Size of Mat is required in Description
      1. Example: Mat is 4x6 Lab Corp. Description = 4X6 Lab Corp
   3. Enter Bulk put-up
   4. Enter Salesperson (New Account Salesperson or 10000)
   5. Click Save & Exit
