OFFERING FREE EMBROIDERY (TRIAL BASIS)

This is a process for how to provide a customer “discounted/free” embroidery charge. This typically comes from an agreement between Sales and a customer.

PROCESS: Zero out the emblem template Price/Piece when setting up an account. This allows embroidery information to remain on the account without charging the customer.

1. Modify Customer > Garment Charges
2. Emblem Templates > Modify
3. Change price > Save & Exit
