How to factory reset a PDA

IT only: Unenroll and remove PDA from SOTI before starting.

1. Power Off the Device:
   • Press and hold the Power button.
   • Release once the power menu appears and select Power off.
2. Enter Recovery Mode:
   • Press and hold the Power Button + Volume Down simultaneously.
   • Continue to hold both buttons until the Honeywell logo appears on the screen.
3. Navigate the Recovery Menu:
   • Use the Volume Up and Volume Down keys to browse through the options.
   • Press the Power button to select your menu option.
   • For a full factory reset, browse through and highlight full factory reset, and press power button
4. Boot up
   • Upon bootup follow through the prompts
   • It will prompt you to scan a QR code, scan the one at the bottom of this article.
   • connect to Nixon Wifi and after a while it prompt for location access, please accept 
5. Main Screen
   • Upon entering the main screen go to the app called "mobicontrol" or "SOTI" and click on enroll (you may not have to do this as it may auto enroll), multiple apps will download with loud rings.
   • Wait for all apps to show up. ~20 minutes

IT Only Steps:

1. Remote in and setup the scanner settings, verify route assistant settings
2. If this is a CT47, send a script to enable snapdragon. In Soti go to the PDA > send a script > legacy > enable snapdragon
