Setup Guide: Outlook & Authenticator with Outlook 365

1. Install Microsoft Authenticator
   1. Open the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android).
   2. Search for Microsoft Authenticator.
      
   3. Tap Install (Android) or Get → Install (iPhone).
2. Install Microsoft Outlook
   1. Open the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android).
   2. Search for Microsoft Outlook.
      
   3. Tap Install (Android) or Get → Install (iPhone).
3. Configure Microsoft Authenticator (Sign-In Method)
   1. Open the Authenticator app.
   2. Tap the top right "+" sign.
   3. Select "Work or school account".
   4. Tap Sign in.
   5. Enter your Outlook 365 email address (example: [email protected], or [email protected]).
   6. Enter your password.
   7. At the approve sign in screen click on "I can't use my Microsoft authenticator right now" and select to receive a text (first-time setup only).
   8. Once complete, you should see "Nixon Uniform Service" appear on the list.
4. Configure Microsoft Outlook
   1. Open the Outlook app.
   2. Tap Add Account.
   3. Enter your Outlook 365 email address and continue.
   4. Enter your password.
   5. When prompted for authentication, a code will appear, take note of that code and wait for an pop up to appear asking to input the code.
   6. Input the code into this pop up and click "Yes"
   7. Once Completed, you should see your inbox appear with emails already populated.
