Setup Guide: Outlook & Authenticator with Outlook 365

1. Install Microsoft Authenticator
   1. Open the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android).
   2. Search for Microsoft Authenticator.
   3. Tap Install (Android) or Get → Install (iPhone).
2. Install Microsoft Outlook
   1. Open the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android).
   2. Search for Microsoft Outlook.
   3. Tap Install (Android) or Get → Install (iPhone).
3. Configure Microsoft Authenticator (Sign-In Method)
   1. Open the Authenticator app.
   2. Tap the top right "+" sign.
   3. Select "Work or school account".
   4. Tap Sign in.
   5. Enter your Outlook 365 email address (example: [email protected]).
   6. Enter your password.
   7. If prompted, approve the login using text message or another verification method (first-time setup only).
   8. Once complete, you should see "Nixon Uniform Service" appear on the list.
4. Configure Microsoft Outlook
   1. Open the Outlook app.
   2. Tap Add Account.
   3. Enter your Outlook 365 email address and continue.
   4. Enter your password.
   5. When prompted for authentication, approve the sign in using the Microsoft Authenticator app.
   6. Once Completed, you should see your inbox appear with emails already populated.
