Contact Monitor is a new dialog in ABS for showing CSR notes. It works exactly like contacts, but it allows for more filtering options.

All grid views custom to you have been transferred over from contacts and will be fully functional in contact monitor as well.

You can sort by type and then filter by route, customer, BU, depot, and route. You can also filter by status.

Hit the load button to generate the CSR's every time to refresh after you make a filter change. You can hit LOAD MORE to show more CSR's. Here are all of the filters you can use: 

Start by filtering on type, then by location/customer/route/BU/depot. Finally, filter by status or a grid view you would like to see. 

IMPORTANT! 

DO NOT hit the LOAD ALL button or it will lock up the server and overload the system. 

Contact Monitor will only show you the BU and its associated locations that you're currently in. For example, it will show Maryland and Virginia if you're in Maryland. You have to switch to a different BU to see other locations in the Contact Monitor.
