PURPOSE

This article describes how to refresh the PDA's connection to ABS by emptying the PDA database.

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Launch the ABS Route Assistant app.

2. Tap on the cog icon in the top corner, then select Edit Mode and enter 123.

3. Confirm that Mobile Rest Services is ON, then scroll down and press Empty Database. After this, press the lightning bolt button to confirm the PDA can connect to the laundry server.

4. Go to ABS Route Status Control and find the next delivery day for the route, then under Route Preparation mark as Ready for Re-Transfer.

5. Log into the PDA as normal to download the latest route data
