This is a Service App and Carlos does have access to the Soil to Inventory Nixon App.  This app removes barcodes from the Service Plant Metricon reporting when the PDA Scan Flag was set to Soil instead of Inventory . 

To use the App, enter the Customer number, select the RSR Scan-In Date and  Click on the LOAD DATA option in the bottom Menu bar.  The click EXECUTE.  Note: the App is time sensitive so if you wait too long, it won't work.
