Please follow the instructions below for submitting an IT project request for review. Once IT receives your request, we will schedule a project review meeting to discuss in more detail.
1. Travel to https://nixonmedical.happyfox.com and select Submit a ticket in the top right corner.

2. From the Ticket Type dropdown, select IT Project Request

3. Enter the Project Owner(s) and Desired Completion Date. In the Subject field, enter the Project Name. In the Message field, enter the Project Details.
- Please include as much information as possible, including thoughts on: Project goal, scope, requirements, milestones, and timeline.

4. Fill out your contact details at the bottom and click Create ticket.

5. The ticket will be created with a Project Request status and IT will reach out to schedule a Project Review meeting. During this meeting, we will discuss the project in greater detail and decide on the major actions and timeline. We will also discuss the need for project cadence calls throughout the lifecycle of the project. Once agreed upon, the ticket will move into an Active Project status until completion.
